Our Services

Withdrawal Management

Short-term, non-residential support for individuals who are transitioning from substance use. Services may include clinical oversight and wellness monitoring in a safe, compassionate setting.

Outpatient Treatment

Structured, flexible support programs that include group services, one-on-one counseling, case management, and educational resources to promote wellness and stability while living at home.

Residential Inpatient Treatment

A structured, supportive setting where clients live onsite and receive peer-based and clinical support. Services focus on stability, life skills, and long-term planning in a healing environment.

S.T.A.R.T Program (In-Custody) Treatment

Support and transitional services for individuals currently in custody. Our team provides assessments, counseling, and reentry planning in collaboration with local institutions.

Recovery Bridge Housing (RBH)

Safe, temporary housing for individuals working toward stability and long-term housing solutions. Includes case management, peer support, and wellness-focused programming.

Youth & Family Services

Programs designed to support the emotional and behavioral health of young people and their families. Includes mentoring, life skills workshops, and school-based support.

Medical Services

Access to primary care, wellness checks, referrals, and preventative health services in a trusted, culturally affirming setting. Services vary by location and eligibility.

Harm Reduction Services

Community-based support designed to reduce risks related to substance use. Services include education, outreach, peer navigation, and access to safety resources.

Mental Health Treatment

Confidential support for individuals experiencing emotional challenges. Services may include individual and group sessions, case coordination, and psychoeducation.

Reentry Services

Support for individuals transitioning back into the community after incarceration. Services include job readiness, housing assistance, life skills, and peer mentorship.

Fee for Service Groups

Specialized group sessions offered for individuals, schools, or community partners. Topics include communication, relapse prevention, parenting, life skills, and emotional regulation.
